We collect two types of information which may identify you individually – personal information and statistical information.
Personal information is information you provide us, like your name, address, email address, as well as feedback submitted to us.
Statistical information is information relating to your website use and activities as you interact with this website, including:

We collect your personal information by directly asking you to provide it.
To collect statistical information, we may use electronic images known as “Web bugs”, sometimes called single-pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs, or clear gifs, that allow us to track general user traffic patterns.  Your Internet browser has a feature called “cookies” which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to this website.  However, “cookies” tells us nothing about who you are unless you specifically give us personally identifiable information.  You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit our website.  In addition, you may elect not to allow cookies to be collected by selecting certain options on your browser.

We will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to a third party, or make use of your personal information for any purpose which is not as a result of, or incidental to your use of this website.  Personal information will not be used for any purpose which a reasonable person in your position would not expect.  However, please be aware that we will provide your personal information to anti-trafficking organisations.  Without this information they would be unable to provide the assistance you have requested.
In addition to the above, circumstances may arise where we will disclose personal information without consent.  The circumstances include, but are not limited to, situations where:

  • disclosure is required to comply with the law or in situations where we have reason to suspect that an individual is engaged in unlawful activity or improper conduct and we disclose personal information as a necessary part of our investigation or to report our concerns to the relevant authorities;
  • we wish to protect and defend our rights or property;
  • we are seeking to enforce terms of our agreements; and
  • disclosure is required or authorised by law.

If you do not wish to have your personal information used in this manner or for any other specific purpose, please email us accordingly.
This privacy policy does not extend to any personal information third parties might collect in the course of their operations.  We are not responsible for breaches of privacy by third parties.  The owner of each web site is responsible for the privacy of any personal information collected through their web site and for complying with relevant privacy laws.
